Autotrix Designs & Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd is a product designing, developing and training company. Its core competencies sit in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, product design, industrial design, new product development and CAD training, and the team reflects that spread of disciplines.

The team behind Autotrix spans the wide range of engineering disciplines the company works in daily, from mechanical and civil engineering to architectural, electrical, interior and structural design work. Rather than treating these fields as separate businesses, the group is organised around a shared interest in product design, new product development and CAD/CAE training, so that ideas move easily between drawing boards, simulation environments and the classroom.

Working across disciplines also means working across software ecosystems. The team's practical experience covers drafting and design platforms used for 2D and 3D modelling, along with simulation tools for structural analysis, CFD and HVAC, and detailing workflows for steel, RCC and piping projects. Familiarity with this breadth of tooling shapes how training is delivered: concepts are taught in the context of real engineering deliverables rather than as abstract software exercises.

Because Autotrix designs and develops products as well as teaches, the people involved understand both sides of the requirement. Industrial design, automobile and aerospace components, plant layouts, jewellery and fashion design briefs, and chemical and graphics applications each impose different drafting standards, and the team adapts its approach accordingly. Learners are shown how a design intent becomes a manufacturable, buildable and verifiable result.
